1. Can the machine customized only for my products?
Yes, most APOLLO machines can be customized as per clients' requirements, including the structure special design and brand of parts special request.
2. How about the molds ?
APOLLO has its own mold manufacture company for injection and blowing mold. Machine and mold can be tested for samples and smooth matching before shipping. Mold raw material is various for optional.
3. What is the business item for this project ?
a. Delivery Date: within 45 working days after receive the deposit and samples or drawing confirmed by buyer and APOLLO .
b. Port of Loading: SHANGHAI, CHINA.
c. Payment: 30% TT deposit, balance before shipment or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
d. Container needed: One 20GP container.
4. How is APOLLO after-sales service?
a. Inspection
Before delivery, APOLLO takes responsibility to finish the machine in time and send the righ t samples to clients for approval. Clients also are welcome to APOLLO factory to inspect the testing of machine, so that the provided machine could be safely and smoothly put into operation once reach the client`s factory.
b. Debugging Instruction
APOLLO takes responsibility to have debugging overseas, and client abroad please sends in vitation forward of time to engineer of APOLLO , provides the engineer with round-trip tickets, accommodation, food, vehicle and USD80/Day/Person as salary; Before our engineers arrive at the buyer`s factory, the buyer must make sure that all of equipment are put in the correct position in their factory, the raw material, power and water supply must be ready in the factory.
C. User Training
APOLLO takes responsibility to indoctrinate technical training in both APOLLO and clients' factory to the users, so that they could understand the machine features and could operate the machine by themselves.
5. What is the warranty period?
a. APOLLO machine Main parts is one year warranty with a lifelong maintenance.
b. Mould within one year or 5 millions warranty.
